Aloe congolensis is a small clumping aloe that offsets aggressively. The bright green, curled leaves are lined with sharp (for aloe) teeth along the margins. This aloe can blush with lots of bright light and stress. Will do well in partial to fun sun, depending on your zone. Once established, requires low maintenance.
It’s a very awesome Aloe. Plant ships bare root.

Blooming season: Late Summer/Early Fall
Propagation: Division, cuttings or seeds.
Sun: Full sun to some part shade.
Water when soil is dry to the touch. Will require more water in when blooming.
