Shipping Procedures

Your plants will be wrapped with care and packaged to arrive happy and healthy every time.

Plants can take 1-5 days to prep for shipping, especially during extreme weather conditions.

Your order is guaranteed as long as you select Priority Mail or qualify for free shipping.

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

How We Ship Live Plants Ship

Plants ship bare root, semi-bare root, or in the pot. If you need a pot and soil, they are available as a separate product.

BARE ROOT

Most plants, especially succulents, ship bare root. This means they ship without a pot. This is safer for the plant. You will need a pot and cactus soil ready for your new plant.

SEMI-BARE ROOT

Hoya and many indoor plants ship semi-bare root. This means the roots are covered with some soil, but the plant ships without a pot.

IN THE POT

Most 2" bulk sets and succulent arrangements ship in the pot. Extra care is taken to make sure the plants and pots are both wrapped safely for shipping.
