I gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-perishable items that are in new and un-used condition.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
CANCELLATION REQUESTS
Cancellation requests must be received within 6 hours of purchase. No exceptions. this is because these are live plants that get pulled and prepped for shipping almost immediately.

IMPORTANT:
The following items can not be returned or exchanged. Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like plants or flowers)
- Digital downloads
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Your plants are guaranteed when the following requirements are fulfilled. :
- you select Priority Mail or qualify for free shipping.
- you contact us within 48 hours of plant arrival.
- you attached pictures of the plants, including close ups of the problem area and entire plant.
After 48 hours, the plants are considered accepted as healthy and in your care.
*Heat packs must be added Dec-Mar for orders to qualify for the guarantee.
Returns
Non-perishable items are eligible for return. Please contact us for the correct return address.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
